# Crunchtime implementation Consultant **Jubilant Consulting** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Restaurant BOH SME / Solution Lead – Crunchtime JOB Title: Crunchtime Techno-Functional Lead Location: Remote – EST Experience: 6–10+ years Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Crunchtime Techno-Functional Lead / Restaurant BOH SME with strong QSR technology experience to assess, stabilize, and improve restaurant back-of-house processes and technology. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on Crunchtime implementation and configuration experience. Deep understanding of QSR/restaurant BOH operations . Experience with Menu, Recipe, Food Cost, Inventory, Purchasing, and Supply Chain . Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system interfaces . Ability to independently diagnose issues and drive practical solutions . Experience integrating Crunchtime with POS, ERP, suppliers, and downstream systems . Multi-country QSR experience preferred; Stibo/MDM experience is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Assess Crunchtime configuration, processes, and overall maturity. Review menu, recipe, ingredient, and food-cost setup. Identify food-cost leakage, data-quality issues, and configuration gaps. Analyze inventory, purchasing, and supply-chain processes. Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, synchronization, and data-flow issues . Define improved menu and recipe data governance . Assess theoretical vs. actual food cost, recipe yield, waste, and inventory drivers. Develop quick wins, stabilization actions, and a prioritized remediation/transformation roadmap . Support future-state alignment with Stibo/MDM-centric menu architecture . Partner with restaurant operations, franchise teams, vendors, architects, and business stakeholders. Support global delivery including localization, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare. Provide engagement governance, risk management, executive communication, and roadmap alignment.
