CRS / Telesales Executive (Exp with Real Estate Developer )
The Telesales / Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing all inbound customer inquiries across company communication channels, ensuring fast response, proper qualification, and smooth lead distribution. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer experience, identifying serious buyers, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining control over lead quality and progress. This position plays a critical role in ensuring no inquiry is missed, properly tracked, and efficiently converted into potential sales opportunities. Key Responsibility 1. Inquiry Handling: Respond to 100% of inbound inquiries across all company channels (WhatsApp, calls, emails, etc.). Ensure all inquiries are assigned to the relevant department within 1 hour of receipt, maintaining speed, accuracy, and responsiveness. 2. Lead Coordination Qualify leads by identifying serious buyers, gathering complete customer details, and forwarding qualified leads to the Sales Manager. Ensure proper screening, professional handling of client queries, and high customer satisfaction throughout the process. 3. Quality Control of the leads Continuously monitor and follow up with the Sales Manager on lead status and progress. Maintain quality control over leads and provide a weekly lead performance report. Conduct regular alignment meetings with the Sales Manager to review active, hot, and unqualified leads. Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or call center operations (preferably in real estate). Software : Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 4 Languages: Fluent in English; & Arabic Additional languages are an advantage. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
