This person should be comfortable working directly with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other GTM stakeholders – understanding business processes, translating requirements into actionable plans, coordinating across business/IT/vendor teams, and driving projects through completion. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience across multiple GTM platforms, including: CRM: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce Sales Incentives/Commissions: SAP Incentive Management (ICM/SPM), Xactly, or similar platforms Data & Analytics: Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to analyse datasets, identify trends/issues, and translate findings into business insights AI: Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to improve GTM processes, productivity, analytics, and automation We are not necessarily looking for a deep technical expert in every platform. The priority is someone who understands GTM business processes, is strong with data, can work independently across multiple teams, and can take ownership of initiatives from requirements through execution. Key Responsibilities: Act as a CRM consultant and customer-facing point of contact. Understand CRM processes and business requirements across different functions. Work with customers to understand which business area/function is being addressed and translate requirements into CRM solutions. Experience with Salesforce, SAP ICM and/or Microsoft Dynamics . Leverage AI tools and Copilot to improve productivity, analysis and solution delivery. Coordinate with Delivery Architects (DA), offshore teams and customer stakeholders. Prepare clear documentation, requirements and project updates with strong written communication. Support multiple short-term projects, typically 3 months per project , with transition to subsequent engagements. Help bridge communication and collaboration between customer teams and offshore delivery teams. Time Zone / Coverage: Support Pacific and Central Time zones . Evening coverage required to provide sufficient overlap with customers and Malaysia-based teams to minimise the communication gap.
