CRM Manager – Real Estate Development Company: Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Development Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ years in CRM, preferably within a UAE real estate developer Job Summary: Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Development is looking for an experienced and results-driven CRM Manager to lead the company’s customer relationship management function across its real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM operations, customer lifecycle management, lead management, sales coordination, reporting, and CRM/ERP systems , preferably within a UAE-based real estate developer. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the CRM function across real estate projects from lead generation through booking, handover, and post-sales service. Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, engagement, and overall customer experience . Manage the complete lead-to-customer lifecycle , ensuring accurate and timely updates within the CRM system. Monitor and manage leads received from digital marketing, property portals, campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels . Establish effective processes for lead allocation, follow-ups, conversion tracking, and sales coordination . Ensure all customer, lead, booking, payment, and property-related information is accurately maintained in the CRM/ERP system. Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Collections, Legal, and Handover teams to ensure smooth customer journeys. Monitor sales pipeline, lead conversion, booking status, cancellations, customer requests, and post-sales activities. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports and dashboards to senior management. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, conversion gaps, customer behavior, and opportunities for process improvement. Establish and monitor CRM KPIs and performance metrics for the team. Manage customer complaints, escalations, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. Develop SOPs, workflows, and CRM processes to improve operational efficiency. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of customer communications and interactions. Work with IT/CRM system teams to identify system enhancements, automation opportunities, and integration requirements. Ensure CRM data quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. Lead, coach, and manage the CRM team, ensuring productivity and service-quality standards. Support management with customer and sales insights for business and project-level decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field . 5+ years of CRM experience , preferably within a UAE real estate developer . Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate development industry and customer lifecycle. Proven experience managing CRM operations and CRM teams. Strong knowledge of lead management, sales pipeline management, booking processes, customer service, and post-sales operations . Experience with Odoo ERP and/or real estate CRM systems is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , reporting, dashboards, and data analysis. Excellent understanding of CRM processes, workflows, automation, and data management. Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment. Strong leadership and team-management capabilities. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates currently working or having previous experience with UAE real estate developers is mandatory. Experience handling CRM for multiple real estate projects/developments is an advantage. Experience with Odoo, Yardi, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM/ERP platforms will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of off-plan real estate sales and post-sales customer management is preferred.
