We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead our CRM team, oversee sales operations, and manage customer relationships throughout the property sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the CRM team and oversee daily sales support operations .
• Manage lead allocation, pipeline tracking, customer enquiries, and post-sales follow-ups.
• Oversee bookings, sales offers, inventory updates, sales documentation, and payment follow-ups.
• Handle customer disputes and coordinate legal cases with legal counsel and relevant departments.
• Manage and optimise our in-house CRM system, coordinating with technical teams on improvements and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, and train teams on CRM processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of CRM experience in real estate , preferably with a property developer.
• Proven experience in team management, sales operations, and legal case coordination .
• Hands-on experience with in-house CRM systems; knowledge of Zoho CRM or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability required.
