Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT & Systems Manager – Sales, Marketing & Automation to lead the technical supporting our commercial operations. In this role, you will bridge IT infrastructure with growth systems—connecting core platforms (Odoo, CRMs), building workflow automations, implementing AI/LLMs for customer interactions, and delivering data analytics across sales and marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Systems & CRM: Architect and optimize CRM structures, database pipelines, and Odoo ERP modules to support marketing lead flow and sales management.
• Funnel Automation: Build multi-app automations (n8n, Make, Zapier) to streamline lead acquisition,follow-ups, and pipeline progression across WhatsApp, email, and web forms.
• API Integrations: Connect internal sales/marketing platforms, databases, and third-party tools via REST APIs and webhooks.
• AI & Conversational Tech: Implement LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and WhatsApp API integrations to automate lead qualification and run conversation analytics.
• Growth Analytics & BI: Write SQL queries and build interactive Power BI / Tableau dashboards to analyze conversion funnels, campaign performance, and sales KPIs.

Role Requirements:

• Strong background in CRM Architecture, database management, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing Funnels (lead routing, conversion tracking, pipeline mechanics).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Practical expertise in Automation Platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and AI/LLM API implementation.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis, business statistics, and BI dashboards.
• Good level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Onsite Role: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) the UAE for full-time onsite work.

Skills Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and Python scripting.
• Direct experience with WhatsApp Business API and Conversation Analytics.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
