This is a technical role for someone who understands CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks, automation tools, and coding . The ideal candidate should be comfortable building systems rather than simply using CRM software. Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and manage CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms . Design and implement automated workflows across the customer lifecycle, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, retention, and win-back journeys. Build and manage API and webhook integrations between CRM, communication platforms, internal systems, and other SaaS applications. Create automation workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent platforms . Develop custom solutions and integrations using Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL . Maintain real-time data synchronization between multiple systems. Build lifecycle stages, customer segmentation, triggers, and automated actions. Develop dashboards and reports covering revenue, retention, churn, customer engagement, and marketing attribution . Identify manual processes and convert them into automated workflows. Troubleshoot integration, automation, and data-sync issues. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Continuously improve existing workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting systems. Must-Have Skills 1–5 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience building/configuring CRM systems , not just using them. Strong experience with APIs and webhooks . Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools . Basic-to-intermediate coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or SQL . Experience building dashboards and reports linked to business metrics. Strong understanding of data flow and system integrations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Background Candidates with experience as a: Full Stack Developer Automation Engineer Integration Engineer CRM Developer Software Engineer Systems Engineer Technical CRM Specialist will be preferred, provided they have hands-on CRM and automation experience. Important This is NOT a traditional CRM operations/admin role. We are specifically looking for someone who can code, build automations, work with APIs/webhooks, and integrate multiple systems.
