Te Tūranga | The Role As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll deliver model monitoring activities across IRB, IFRS9 and decisioning models. You’ll analyse complex datasets, investigate model performance and turn technical findings into clear, practical insights for risk governance forums. You’ll also help improve monitoring frameworks through automation, support model validation and audit activity, and maintain high-quality documentation. Key areas of focus include: Delivering monthly and quarterly model monitoring and reporting Investigating anomalies, breaches and emerging model issues Conducting root-cause analysis and supporting timely resolution Preparing, cleaning and analysing large datasets Developing scalable tools and scripts to improve monitoring processes Partnering with model validators and supporting audit activity Ngā Mea Kia Whai Angitū Ahau? | What You'll Bring You’ll bring strong analytical capability and the confidence to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
