Credit Control & Accounts Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Salary: AED 3,200–AED 5,000 per month Work Arrangement: In person About the Role Al Lokrit International DWC LLC is a wholesale cut flower business based in Dubai. We are seeking a Credit Control & Accounts Executive to join our finance team and take responsibility for day-to-day customer accounts, receivables, collections, and accounting support. This position will suit a finance professional who is comfortable working with customer accounts, tracking payments, resolving account issues, and coordinating with internal teams to keep receivables under control. Your Responsibilities Maintain and review customer accounts on a regular basis. Track invoices, due dates, payments, and outstanding balances. Contact customers to follow up on pending and overdue payments. Keep customer account information and collection records up to date. Review ageing reports and identify accounts requiring follow-up. Prepare customer account statements and provide account information when requested. Match incoming payments to the correct customer invoices. Investigate differences between customer records, invoices, and payments. Work with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing and account issues. Review customer payment terms and approved credit limits. Bring significant or prolonged overdue balances to the attention of management. Prepare invoices and credit notes as required. Assist with bank and customer account reconciliations. Provide support during monthly closing and other routine accounting activities. Maintain organised and accurate finance documentation. Assist the Finance Manager/Accountant with other day-to-day accounting requirements. What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of practical experience in accounts receivable, credit control, collections, or general accounting. Practical experience handling customer accounts and outstanding balances. Understanding of invoicing, payment allocation, reconciliations, and basic accounting. Ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding payments and account matters. Good follow-up and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with Excel and financial data. Experience with accounting systems or ERP software. Accurate approach to financial records. Able to prioritise work and meet collection and accounting deadlines. Comfortable working independently as well as coordinating with other departments. Previous experience working in the UAE will be an advantage. Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred. Good written and spoken English. What We Provide Employment visa and applicable employment benefits.
