# Creator Acquisition Specialist **GravitasQ** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Creator Acquisition Specialist Remote - USA | $22-30 USD per hour | Dependent on experience GravitasQ is looking for a confident, personable and highly engaging Creator Acquisition Specialist to help us identify and onboard promising new LIVE creators. Your role will be, to contact via phone, a list of Creators who have applied and expressed an interest in joining GravitasQ as a LIVE Creator and explain how GravitasQ can help them, answer their questions and, when there’s a good fit, get them excited and committed to joining the agency. For creators with particularly strong potential, you’ll play an important role in helping them understand the opportunity in front of them: going LIVE consistently, building their visibility and audience, reaching influencer status, and the opportunity to earn through their streams. What You’ll Do You’ll speak with prospective creators who have already shown interest in GravitasQ and guide them through the next stage of joining the agency. Depending on the creator and their potential, you’ll explain the appropriate GravitasQ pathway and what they can expect from working with us. Your responsibilities will include: Calling prospective creators who have expressed an interest in GravitasQ Building rapport quickly and making people feel comfortable on the phone Learning about each creator, their goals, experience and potential Explaining who GravitasQ is, what we do and how our agency supports creators to reach those goals Communicating the benefits and opportunities of joining GravitasQ clearly and enthusiastically Answering questions and addressing concerns or hesitation Helping promising creators understand the potential of LIVE streaming, including greater visibility, audience growth and monetization opportunities Turning genuine interest into commitment and completing the creator sign-up process Setting clear expectations around what creators need to do after joining Keeping accurate notes and records of conversations and outcomes Following up with interested creators when appropriate Requirements The most important thing is how you communicate . You should be someone who can pick up the phone, connect naturally with different personalities and make people feel genuinely excited about this opportunity You’ll likely be a strong fit if you: Are comfortable speaking with people on the phone Have a warm, engaging and confident communication style Build rapport quickly Are naturally persuasive without relying on high-pressure tactics Are good at identifying what motivates different people Can explain opportunities simply and enthusiastically Know how to handle questions, uncertainty and objections Are comfortable asking someone to make a commitment and complete their sign-up Are organized and reliable with follow-ups Can work independently from home Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, creator management, enrollment/admissions, or another consultative phone-based role would be advantageous. Experience with creators, LIVE streaming or the social media industry would be particularly valuable, but isn’t essential as training on our service will be given About GravitasQ GravitasQ is a creator agency focused on helping creators unlock their potential & monetize through LIVE Streaming on TikTok .
