We’re looking for someone who can balance structure, communication, creativity and people management with confidence and empathy. Requirements - Has the ownership and discernment to recognize when an output is not yet up to standard and proactively escalate it to leadership for review before delivery - Knowledgeable in or willing to learn project management tools that help both clients and creatives maintain an efficient and organized workflow - Strong communication skills with great finesse and professionalism when coordinating requests, timelines, and feedback - Able to lead creative projects while ensuring deliverables are completed smoothly and on time - Supports a positive and collaborative team culture Big Plus - Knowledgeable in paid ads (such as Meta Ads) - Former editor, creative director, or multimedia artist Benefits Salary Range: PHP90,000-100,000/month Note: Salary depends on your skill – judged by your experience Perks: - Work from home – Design your ideal workspace and ditch the commute - Paid holiday & time off – The best need breaks.
