Key Responsibilities: - Plan and track project portfolio budgets, forecast spending, monitor expenditure and report variances directly to the Director. - Coordinate internal creative, production and technical teams using Monday.com throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop comprehensive project scopes, establish timelines, manage resource capacity and implement risk mitigation strategies. - Coordinate, draft and administer supplier contracts and service agreements with freelancers and external vendors. - Conduct detailed post-project evaluations and analyse data to improve workflows and future project delivery. Essential Requirements: - A postgraduate degree at NFQ Level 9 or equivalent in Arts Management, Project Management or Business Operations. - At least three years of relevant professional experience in project management workflows and creative production structures. Pay: €37,544.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin
