Creative Marketing Assistant (Multimedia Artist)

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team and support the development of engaging visual and promotional materials. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about translating ideas into impactful designs that support institutional campaigns and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, infographics, digital content, and other visual communication assets .
• Produce layout designs for internal and external communication initiatives , including hospital events, programs, and announcements.
• Assist in the development of branding guidelines and ensure consistent brand compliance across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaign objectives and content strategies .
• Provide creative input and design support for institutional activities and promotional events .
• Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and marketing assets .
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Director for Marketing and Marketing Officer .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field .
• Proficiency in graphic design and layout tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms).
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
