This role is ideal for someone with a strong design aesthetic, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating sophisticated, visually compelling marketing materials. The ideal candidate has an eye for luxury branding, editorial-style layouts, typography and photography. You should be equally comfortable developing a beautiful multi-page property brochure as you are creating engaging social media graphics or preparing polished marketing materials for print. Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential. Previous experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including property brochures, listing presentations, postcards, flyers, advertisements and print collateral. - Create engaging graphics for social media, digital advertising and email marketing campaigns. - Develop sophisticated multi-page layouts using Adobe InDesign. - Collaborate with real estate professionals to develop creative marketing concepts for property listings and promotional campaigns. - Select and incorporate professional photography, typography and graphic elements to create cohesive, elevated designs. - Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials. - Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with print vendors. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Maintain organized design files, templates and brand assets. - Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to marketing initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. - A portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout design and creative execution. - Strong understanding of print production and digital design. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take direction while contributing original ideas. Preferred: - Previous graphic design experience in residential real estate marketing. - Experience designing luxury property brochures, listing presentations and marketing packages. - Familiarity with Canva and digital marketing platforms. - Experience with luxury brands, lifestyle publications or editorial design. - Understanding of social media design and digital marketing trends.
