WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a creative Content Designer / Marketing Professional to join our collaborative team and work closely with the marketing department and other creative professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Design creative promotional email graphics, engaging social media posts, landing-page visuals, brochures, presentations and event materials.
• Develop visual concepts for different products, targeting different audiences and markets while maintaining each brand’s identity.
• Use AI image and design tools to explore concepts, edit assets and create campaign variations.
• Build and use AI-assisted workflows or creative agents to help turn briefs into first concepts, adapt approved designs into multiple formats, organize assets and speed up repetitive production tasks.
• Work with the marketing and tech teams to identify design tasks that could be automated and help test practical solutions.
• Review and refine every AI-assisted output for visual quality, factual accuracy, brand consistency and appropriate image use before publication.
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations for digital campaigns and events.
• Use campaign feedback and performance data to improve creative work.
• Maintain editable source files, templates and organized brand assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or marketing content design, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; experience with Figma or Canva is an advantage.
• Practical experience using AI for visual creation and repeatable design workflows. Experience configuring AI agents or connecting creative tools through automation platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage several projects independently and collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
• Good English communication skills. Experience in education or EdTech is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
