Core Technical Skills Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability. Ability to understand complex systems and trace issues through multiple interconnected applications. Solid understanding of system architecture and data relationships. Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and validation. Experience with databases, data analysis, or development-related activities. Understanding of programming concepts and system behavior. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting internal and external users of the CPQ ecosystem. Perform root cause analysis and identify sustainable solutions to system and process-related problems. Support and maintain product configuration, pricing, and quoting systems, with a primary focus on the Tacton CPQ platform. Manage data updates, maintenance activities, and system configurations while ensuring data integrity and quality. Understand and support the interaction between databases, CPQ platforms, and surrounding business systems. Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address operational and technical challenges. Support ongoing system improvements and process optimization initiatives. Create and maintain reports, analytics, and data validations as needed. Familiarity with Salesforce is considered a plus, especially for understanding integrations and troubleshooting root causes.
