CPA/EA Tax Preparer & Reviewer
We are looking for an experienced CPA or EA to join our tax team as a Tax Preparer/Reviewer . This role requires strong technical tax skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work directly with clients. Responsibilities Prepare and review individual and business tax returns Use ProSeries for tax preparation and review Communicate with clients regarding their tax returns and required information Meet with clients by phone or video to discuss tax matters Review returns for accuracy and completeness Work closely with the tax team to resolve questions and issues Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and team members Work extended hours when needed around important tax deadlines Requirements Active CPA or EA (Required) ProSeries experience (Required) Previous experience preparing and reviewing tax returns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Amazing client communication skills Comfortable speaking directly with clients and conducting client meetings Reliable, consistent, and able to maintain stable working hours between 10 AM–6 PM ET Able to work independently and meet deadlines TaxDome experience is a plus To Apply Please send your resume and include: CPA or EA status Years of tax preparation/review experience ProSeries experience Types of returns you have prepared/reviewed TaxDome experience, if applicable Your availability Your hourly rate expectation Work Location: Remote
