This role involves building automated dashboards, generating periodic and ad-hoc KPIs for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with international performance leads to continuously optimize reporting processes. Data Collection & KPI Reporting: - Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources (including LMS) to track network training performance across countries, regions, and projects. - Partner with Country Performance Leads to gather required data, justify results, and ensure data accuracy. Dashboarding & Deliverables: - Design, automate, and maintain periodic and ad-hoc management dashboards and key performance summaries. - Map and track training KPIs at global, regional, country, and project levels (product and trade/métier). Process Optimization & System Tracking: - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify data processing, improve reliability, and streamline reporting workflows. - Monitor the evolution of reporting tools (LMS) and update operational documentation and procedures (guides, tracking reports). - Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Data Analysis, Performance Reporting, and KPI Management - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Power Query/Power Pivot) and VBA - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and business intelligence/dashboarding techniques - Strong analytical and synthesis skills to translate complex data into actionable insights - Languages: business fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
