The ideal candidate is commercially driven, financially strong, and able to lead teams and grow the business. Key Responsibilities Lead country sales strategy and achieve revenue targets. Manage the country P&L, budget, forecasting, and profitability. Develop key customer and business relationships. Lead and motivate the sales team. Identify new market and business opportunities. Monitor sales and financial KPIs and report to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
