Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học Yêu cầu công việc: - Bachelor's degree. - At least 10 years of experience in the architectural design industry. - At least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in senior company management, with proven experience in management decisions, strategy formulation, and organizational operations. - English: Upper-Intermediate level. - Experience in the design and supervision of large-scale properties. - Strong knowledge and practical experience in business management, including P&L, B/S, budget management, and KPI design. - Experience coordinating, reporting, and making proposals with Japanese headquarters or overseas branches. - Experience building networks with clients, government agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders. - Japanese language skills and experience working in Japanese are preferred.
