Oversee full P&L management and operational budgets across local branches. Drive business development and build strong relationships with key corporate clients. Manage and lead a team and local employees across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Monitor overall project progress, resource allocation, and quality control. Report local business performance and strategic proposals directly to Japan Headquarters. Establish strong networks with government agencies, industry associations, and partners. Evaluate and improve organizational efficiency, internal workflows, and staff competencies. Make executive decisions on project proposals based on reports from Project Managers.
