Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Worcester, MA $35–$40/hour | PRN We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity in Worcester, MA. This flexible position is a great fit for a COTA who enjoys hands-on rehabilitation and helping residents strengthen the skills needed for everyday activities and greater independence. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT Observe resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that promote safety and independence Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and other members of the care team What We Offer $35–$40/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Collaborative clinical team Opportunity to expand your rehabilitation experience Qualifications Active Massachusetts COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to quality, resident-centered care Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking for flexible PRN hours and the opportunity to help residents improve daily function, we'd love to hear from you.
