Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects. Select and size AHUs, chillers, ventilation systems, ducting and other HVAC equipment . Prepare technical specifications, quotations and commercial proposals . Analyse vendor quotations and conduct price comparison and cost optimization . Prepare and review HVAC drawings using AutoCAD . Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal project teams . Provide technical inputs and support during project execution and installation . Ensure designs comply with applicable GMP, cleanroom and HVAC standards . Maintain project documentation including calculations, BOQs, drawings, estimates and revisions . Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
