The project: This role supports the new hospitals facilities programme (NHFP) in Jersey - a £700m, multi-site healthcare programme delivering transformational health infrastructure across the island. The programme comprises four sites, with the 47,500m² new acute hospital at Overdale forming the majority of delivery, alongside ambulatory facilities, a health village and a wellbeing centre. The Overdale scheme is currently at RIBA Stage 5, moving to RIBA with completion targeted for end of 2030. Note: The role will be site based in Jersey approximately three days per month. You’ll be responsible for: Managing the delivery of cost management services, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, compliance, sustainability and client outcomes. Supporting cost planning, procurement and commercial decision-making to achieve strategic project objectives. Fostering inclusive, high-performing teams, championing wellbeing, collaboration and continuous improvement. Driving ethical, sustainable outcomes, promoting net zero commitments while mentoring and developing future talent. You’ll need to have: Experience of working on large-scale healthcare or complex infrastructure projects. Ability to work in a stakeholder-rich environment. Extensive NEC4 contract experience, ideally as an NEC Accredited Project Manager. Experience working through RIBA Stages 5 on major construction schemes. Experience working with a NEC contract administration tool such as Cemar.
