Key Responsibilities Analyze actual costs versus budgeted/estimated costs and investigate variances. Prepare cost reports, forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis. Monitor project costs, material, labor, procurement, and other expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project requirements. Maintain accurate costing data, reports, and dashboards. Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Project Management to ensure accurate cost information. Assist in monitoring project profitability and target margins. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field . 1–3 years of experience in cost analysis, accounting, budgeting, estimating, or related functions. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and ability to explain financial data to non-financial teams. Experience in construction, engineering, systems integration, manufacturing, or project-based companies is an advantage.
