The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling costs, monitoring inventory and production expenses, preparing cost reports, and supporting budgeting and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate product and production cost calculations. Analyze direct material, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs. Monitor actual costs against budgets and standard costs. Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis. Investigate cost variances and provide clear explanations to management. Monitor and reconcile raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory. Review material consumption and production costs. Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved operational efficiency. Prepare financial and management reports related to costs and profitability. Coordinate with Finance, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse departments. Assist with physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Maintain accurate cost accounting records and supporting documentation. Support internal and external audits when required. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Perform other duties related to cost accounting as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, or a similar role. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory costing. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Language Requirements Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory. Ability to communicate professionally and prepare/read financial documents in both languages. Nationality Preference Saudi National candidates are preferred. Qualified non-Saudi candidates may also be considered based on their qualifications and relevant experience. Work Location: In person
