We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, highly organized, and naturally strong in sales, patient relationships, and follow-through. Responsibilities include: Conduct cosmetic consultations and educate patients on treatment options Convert inquiries and consultations into treatment plans Follow up with cosmetic leads and existing patients Coordinate treatment packages, memberships, and financing Support cosmetic promotions, events, and patient retention Work closely with physicians, nurses, estheticians, and front office staff Maintain an exceptional luxury patient experience from inquiry through treatment Ideal candidate: Prior cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, luxury sales, or high-end hospitality experience preferred Strong sales and communication skills without being overly aggressive Confident discussing higher-ticket cosmetic treatments Extremely organized and responsive Professional, polished, positive, and team-oriented Comfortable with goals, conversion metrics, and follow-up Position: Full-time, in-person Location: Newport Beach, CA Compensation: Competitive hourly/base compensation + performance-based incentives Benefits: Employee discounts on cosmetic treatments and products + Wellness Wallet + PTO + Vision, Dental and Health Insurance + 401K (match).
