Conduct laboratory testing, trials, and stability studies. Research and assess cosmetic ingredients and raw materials. Support product scale-up and production trials. Maintain formulation records and prepare technical reports. Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Production, and Marketing teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field . Licensed Chemist, Chemical Technician, Pharmacist, or Chemical Engineer . At least 1 year of experience in cosmetic formulation , preferably in skincare and haircare. Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, GMP, and regulatory standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
