The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate travel, travel operations, airline reservations, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle corporate travel bookings, reservations, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and cancellations. Use Galileo GDS for flight reservations, fare quotations, ticketing, and itinerary management. Manage corporate clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Prepare travel quotations and provide professional travel solutions. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and internal Operations teams. Prepare DSR and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Handle invoicing and maintain accurate booking and billing records. Coordinate with the internal Accounts team regarding account-related matters. Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service delivery. Requirements Experience as a Travel Consultant, Corporate Travel Consultant, or Travel Operations Executive. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Galileo GDS. Strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and fare rules. Corporate travel and B2B travel operations experience preferred. Experience in DSR preparation, invoicing, and coordination with Accounts. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. UAE travel industry experience is an advantage.
