As our corporate AI training portfolio continues to grow, we are expanding our panel of experienced AI trainers who can independently deliver practical, business-focused AI training to working professionals, managers, department heads and leadership teams. We are currently looking to onboard: Experienced English-speaking AI & Generative AI Corporate Trainers Experienced bilingual Arabic-English AI & Generative AI Corporate Trainers Arabic-speaking applicants must be able to professionally facilitate an entire corporate training session in Arabic , while also being fluent in English. Conversational Arabic alone is not sufficient. Important: Nature of the Engagement This is NOT a full-time salaried employment position . Trainers will be engaged on a freelance / contract / project basis according to confirmed corporate client requirements, trainer expertise and trainer availability. There is no fixed monthly salary and no guaranteed minimum number of training days. Professional fees will be mutually agreed on a half-day, full-day or assignment basis depending on the scope, duration, complexity and level of customization required. Selected trainers will be required to sign a formal Trainer Service Agreement with Train Point Institute before being assigned to client engagements. Each confirmed training assignment will be separately communicated and agreed with the trainer. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for trainers who combine: Strong AI knowledge + hands-on practical capability + excellent corporate facilitation skills. This role is not suitable for someone whose experience is limited to understanding AI concepts, completing online certifications or using ChatGPT personally. The trainer must be comfortable standing in front of corporate professionals and demonstrating how AI can practically improve their actual day-to-day work. Our clients may include professionals from: - Sales - Marketing - Human Resources - Finance - Customer Service - Operations - Administration - Project Management - Engineering - Management - Senior Leadership - Other corporate functions The trainer must therefore be able to understand different business functions and customize the training accordingly. REQUIRED AI & GENERATIVE AI CAPABILITY Applicants should have strong practical expertise across several of the following areas: Generative AI & Workplace Productivity - ChatGPT - Microsoft 365 Copilot - Claude AI - Google Gemini - Perplexity - Generative AI for workplace productivity - Advanced Prompt Engineering - AI-assisted research and analysis - AI-assisted report writing and documentation - AI for presentations and business communication - AI-powered data analysis and interpretation Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem - Microsoft 365 Copilot - Copilot in Word - Copilot in Excel - Copilot in PowerPoint - Copilot in Outlook - Copilot in Teams - Microsoft Copilot Studio - Creating and using Copilot Agents - Power Automate integration - AI-enabled workflow automation AI Automation & Agents - AI Agents - Agentic AI concepts - Business workflow automation - No-code / low-code automation - Tools such as Power Automate, n8n, Make or Zapier - Building practical AI workflows around business processes Business Applications of AI Ability to demonstrate practical AI applications for functions such as: - AI for HR - AI for Sales - AI for Marketing - AI for Customer Service - AI for Finance - AI for Administration - AI for Management and Leadership - AI for productivity and business operations Responsible AI - AI governance - Data privacy and confidentiality - Responsible use of Generative AI - Hallucinations and accuracy verification - Risks associated with uploading confidential information - Appropriate enterprise AI usage Knowledge of Claude Code, APIs, Azure AI, Microsoft AI Foundry or more advanced AI development environments would be considered an additional advantage for technical training assignments. CORPORATE TRAINING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY This is a corporate training role. Applicants must have proven experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops or learning programs to working professionals. Preference will be given to trainers who have trained: - Corporate organizations - Government entities - Banks or financial institutions - Large enterprises - Department heads and managers - Senior professionals and leadership teams Candidates should be able to provide examples of organizations, industries, training programs or audiences they have previously trained, subject to confidentiality restrictions. The ability to manage a professional corporate classroom is essential. OUR TRAINING STYLE Our corporate clients do not engage us for theory-only AI presentations. Training must be: Practical Hands-on Business-focused Interactive Customized Application-oriented Our trainers are expected to go beyond explaining what an AI tool does. For example, if a client tells us: Current task: Preparing a weekly management report Inputs: Excel trackers, meeting notes and project updates Challenge: Information is manually consolidated every week Required output: Concise management report The trainer should be able to convert this into a relevant AI exercise, demonstration or workflow during the training. Similarly, if Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service employees are attending the same workshop, the trainer should be able to demonstrate relevant examples for each department rather than deliver generic AI content to everyone. CUSTOMIZATION IS A CORE REQUIREMENT Corporate programs may require customization before delivery. The trainer must therefore be comfortable: - Reviewing client training requirements - Understanding participant job functions - Reviewing non-confidential client work scenarios - Designing relevant AI demonstrations - Adapting existing training material - Creating exercises around actual workplace tasks - Participating in a pre-training client meeting where required - Aligning learning outcomes with the client's expectations Train Point Institute may arrange a trainer-client alignment meeting before certain customized corporate programs. FACILITATION REQUIREMENTS Applicants must be able to: - Explain complex AI concepts simply to non-technical professionals - Facilitate highly interactive sessions - Demonstrate AI tools live and confidently - Handle participant questions beyond prepared presentation material - Troubleshoot common issues during practical activities - Manage mixed levels of AI knowledge within the same group - Engage senior professionals without overcomplicating technical concepts - Adjust pace and examples based on the audience - Deliver training professionally under Train Point Institute's corporate engagement Strong communication, presentation and facilitation ability is essential. QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable. These may include: - Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) - Microsoft AI certifications - Microsoft Copilot certifications or credentials - Microsoft Power Platform certifications - Azure AI certifications - Generative AI certifications - Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning qualifications - Train the Trainer qualifications - Relevant technology or professional training credentials Certifications alone, however, will not substitute for practical AI capability and corporate training experience. LOCATION & AVAILABILITY Preference will be given to trainers currently based in the UAE who can deliver onsite programs in locations including: Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah Ras Al Khaimah Other UAE locations where client assignments arise Live virtual assignments may also be offered. Trainers must be legally eligible to undertake freelance / contract assignments in the UAE, and relevant documentation may be requested where applicable. Assignments may range from: - 3 to 4-hour workshops - Half-day sessions - Full-day training - 2-day programs - Multi-day customized corporate programs - Recurring monthly learning journeys There is no fixed schedule. Assignments are offered according to client requirements and mutually confirmed trainer availability. PROFESSIONAL FEES Professional fees will be mutually agreed depending on: - Training duration - Technical level - Client requirements - Level of customization - Preparation required - Delivery location - Half-day or full-day engagement Applicants should provide their expected: Half-Day Training Remuneration Full-Day Training Remuneration Please do not quote monthly salary expectations, as this is not a salaried employment position.
