Corporate Servicing Officer

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District

Job Responsibilities:

Provide sales support functions to Relationship Manager include but not limited to client servicing

Respond to customers queries, and process customer’s order / instructions effectively and ensure all requests are followed through timely

Handle account opening documents for individual/corporate customers, and assist RM to conduct annual review

Handle loan document and ensure the drawdown procedures are smoothly

Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head

Job Requirements:

Secondary Level or above

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in corporate and commercial banking

Quick response to deliver professional services to meet our customers need

Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Ability to work under pressure, with strong self-motivation

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a MUST
