This role supports regional expansion through the setup and maintenance of legal entities, ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on corporate and employment-related matters. The primary portfolio covers overseas entities, with additional support to local REIT entities. Key Responsibilities Manage corporate secretarial duties for group entities, including Singapore and overseas subsidiaries Support incorporation and set-up of new legal entities for regional expansion Maintain statutory registers, minute books, and filings across jurisdictions Organize Board/Committee meetings — agendas, board packs, minutes, resolutions Provide corporate secretarial support to local REIT entities Requirements ICSA / CGP qualified or part-qualified At least 3 years' corporate secretarial experience; regional exposure a plus REIT or listed company experience an advantage Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple entities and deadlines Good stakeholder management and communication skills To apply for this job, please send your resume to hsingh@sg.drakeintl.com , or call Heamen for more information at +6645 4540 .
