The ideal candidate combines strong corporate management experience with professional floristry and floral design expertise . This is a leadership role for a commercially driven, highly organized professional with a passion for luxury floral experiences and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily floristry operations and corporate accounts. Build and maintain relationships with luxury corporate clients, hotels, event companies, and VIP customers. Drive business development, sales growth, and long-term corporate partnerships. Lead and develop a high-performing floristry and operations team. Oversee floral design, production, quality, procurement, inventory, and logistics. Manage corporate events, large-scale floral installations, and bespoke projects. Monitor budgets, costing, profitability, and operational performance. Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and customer experience. Requirements 5+ years of corporate or business management experience. 3+ years of professional floristry/floral design experience. Proven leadership and corporate client management experience. Strong commercial, sales, and business development skills. Excellent knowledge of premium floral design, flowers, procurement, and operations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Candidates with both corporate management and hands-on floristry experience are strongly preferred. Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Florist: 3 years (Preferred) Corporate Management: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driving License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
