This role combines corporate relations, legal affairs and general management functions — ideal for candidates with a strong legal, corporate or executive background who can represent the company at the highest level. Key Responsibilities:s Corporate & Legal Affairs: - Represent the company across corporate, government and regulatory networks at senior level - Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients, partners, authorities and stakeholders - Provide legal advisory support on contracts, compliance and commercial matters - Review and negotiate service agreements, employment contracts and commercial documents - Liaise with legal authorities, free zone regulators and government entities General Management: - Support senior management in strategic planning and business development - Oversee corporate communications, public relations and company brand positioning - Coordinate cross-functional teams on legal, compliance and operational matters - Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations and official events - Provide strategic guidance to management on legal and regulatory risks Requirements: - Bachelor or master’s degree in law, Business Administration or Corporate Affairs - Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in legal consulting, corporate affairs or senior management - Strong knowledge of UAE commercial law, free zone regulations and corporate governance - Proven track record in stakeholder management and business representation - Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (bilingual mandatory) - Confident, well-networked and presentable personality - GCC nationals preferred — EU/UK nationals also welcome What we offer: - Competitive compensation — negotiated based on experience - Senior leadership role in a dynamic international environment - Dubai World Central, Dubai South - Hybrid / Part -time working arrangements Requirement : - Native Arabic speaker (GCC Arabic preferred) - Bilingual — fluent in both Arabic and English Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month Experience: - Marketing & Corporate Affairs: 4 years (Required) Language: - Arabic (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
