# Corporate Paralegal **Resource Innovative Technologies LLC** · Los Angeles, CA 90067 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Essential Duties - Draft governing documents such as bylaws and operating agreements. - Assist with purchase and sale transactions. - Draft stock, membership and partnership interest assignments. - Retrieve, review and organize due diligence documents. - Coordinate annual and miscellaneous regulatory and tax filings. - Prepare gifting documents for estate planning clients. - Create deeds and related property transfer documents. - Conduct legal research. - Keep current with Secretary of State revisions and inform Firm attorneys and paralegals of relevant changes. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal at a law firm or equivalent. - Four-year college degree or equivalent. - ABA approved paralegal certificate. Location: Los Angeles, CA, 90067. 5 days onsite for the first 30 days; then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.
