Working Days: Monday–Thursday

Shift Pattern: 08:00–17:00

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays

Probation Period: 4 months

About the Role

Bennett Hay is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious corporate client site near Marylebone.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous hospitality experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day hospitality operation, ensuring that meetings, events and catering requirements are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will take ownership of hospitality service, meeting room preparation and food and beverage delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily hospitality operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
• Lead and participate in meeting room preparation, including room layouts, equipment checks and general presentation.
• Coordinate meeting and event set-ups, ensuring all requirements are prepared in advance.
• Deliver professional food and beverage service for meetings, events and corporate guests.
• Ensure meeting rooms and hospitality areas are maintained to an excellent standard throughout the day.
• Manage clearing down after meetings and events, ensuring spaces are promptly reset and ready for use.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to coordinate food service and catering requirements.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide a proactive, personalised five-star service.
• Support the smooth running of the operation, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency at all times.
