This role will partner closely with the Finance Director and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain and enhance SAC models, improve data quality and reporting processes, support planning cycles, and help drive system-enabled efficiencies that strengthen decision-making and long-term business performance. Responsibilities: - Performing & monitoring loads to SAC master data dimensions & analyzing failures - Performing & monitoring loads to SAC models from flat files - Setting values for custom variables - Extracting data from SAC models - Triaging end-user tickets - Working with development team to resolve issues - Querying datasphere tables for master data and transactional data Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; SAP-related certification a plus - 10+ years of progressive hands-on experience administering SAP Analytics Cloud - Experience supporting end users, including ticket triage, issues documenation and partnering with technical teams to resolve problems - Strong attention to detail and process discipline, especially around data quality and reporting cycles - Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain system or data issues to both finance and technical audiences Company Description: Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
