Corporate Finance Senior Manager

TechConnect GmbHJakarta

  • Take full ownership of product performance management for the Corporate Finance department's product suite, with primary focus on the Repo product and oversight of 3 other products.
  • Analyze client and transaction data across products — subscription, redemption, and rollover trends — to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage product cost structures, ensuring pricing and cost efficiency support healthy product economics.
  • Design and drive regular growth programs and initiatives to help each product achieve its optimal growth potential (e.g. client retention programs, loyalty tiers, campaign structures, agent retainer program).
  • Lead and project-manage the resolution of legacy issues within the business unit, developing a tailored approach for each given their unique nature, and tracking progress to closure.
  • Report directly to the Division Head, providing regular updates on product performance, growth initiatives, and legacy issue resolution progress.
  • Take on additional corporate finance projects and ad hoc initiatives as capacity allows, alongside product management and legacy clean-up responsibilities.

Coordinate as needed with the existing Corporate Finance team (Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, Staff) and other cross-divisional stakeholders (e.g. Asset Management) on matters relevant to product management and legacy resolution.

Requirements -

Previous experience in a corporate finance, product management, or treasury/investment product role within financial services, ideally with direct exposure to Repo or similar products.

  • Experience analyzing client subscription/redemption/rollover behavior and designing programs to drive product growth or retention.
  • Experience running cross-functional projects or resolving complex, non-routine legacy/operational issues.

Background from a bank, securities company, asset management firm, or multi-finance/financial services group is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of investment/treasury products such as Repo, including subscription, redemption, and rollover mechanics.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving product growth, not just monitoring or reporting on it.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability — able to size up unique, non-standard legacy problems and design a fit-for-purpose approach for each.
  • High ownership and self-direction; able to work with significant autonomy while reporting directly to the Division Head.
  • Good project-management discipline, able to juggle product management, legacy clean-up, and ad hoc projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills to work effectively across the Corporate Finance team and other divisions such as Asset Management.
