Otherwise, work must be performed in-office 4 days/week. Regardless of work location, occasional travel may be required for business needs. POSITION SUMMARY:TheCorporateContractManager providesprocurement andcontractmanagementsupport throughout the lifecycle of overhead or technical servicescontracts,includingbut not limited to,engineering,design,fabrication, testing, manufacturing, construction, and IT/Software-relatedcontracts in accordance with established policies and procedures.Performstasks asassigned to include, but not limited to,planning, bidder prequalification, development of bidder lists, development of bid solicitation packages, bid analysis, negotiations,award,administration, change management, andcloseout. ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drafts,evaluates,negotiates,andexecutescontracts,including but not limited to,non-disclosure agreements,subcontracts,consultingagreements,licensingagreements, MasterServicesAgreements, Task Orders,andPurchase Orderssupporting the overhead and technical services business unit. - Servesas thesinglepoint of contact on contractual matters. Actsasacontractual “liaison” between company employees and suppliers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation ofdeviations. - Providesredlined recommendations and often negotiatesdirectly withsuppliers’attorneys or purchasing staff until consensus has been reached. - Maintainscontractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, supplier contact information, contract changes, status reports,and other documents for all contracts. - Providesguidance on contract matters toprojectmanagers or otherresponsiblestaff. - Monitorscompetitive terms. Monitorssatisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices.Recommendschanges. - ProducesandmanagesRequests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI),and Requests for Quote (RFQ). - Interfaceswith ordering departments to ensure scope and technical requirements are clearly specified.Facilitatesdiscussions with ordering departments and suppliers. - Coordinatesterms and conditions review withLegal and Finance as necessary to ensure legal and other risks areproperlyminimized. - Ensurescontract closeout, extension,or renewal. - Performsother duties as assigned. MINIMUM SKILLS,QUALIFICATIONSAND ABILITIES: - Education:A minimum ofB.S. or B.A. inSupply Chain,Business Management, Finance,Economics,or related fieldrequired. - Experience:Minimum offive(5)years of full-time and relevant workingexperienceinprocurement andcontract management in theenergy, utility,or similarhighly regulated industry is required. - Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
