Corporate Business Development Manager
CTrustGlobal is expanding its Business Advisory offering through its established Dubai office. Develop corporate client relationships and qualified opportunities for our Dubai advisory services, while delivering structured business introductions and commercial follow-up within agreed client projects. Key responsibilities Identify and qualify businesses requiring market entry, management, marketing or specialist advisory support. Build referral relationships and research potential clients, distributors and business partners. Coordinate discovery meetings, proposals and negotiations with the relevant technical lead. Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, follow-up records and reports on meetings, proposals and conversions. Required qualifications and experience Business degree or equivalent relevant commercial experience. At least 5 years selling B2B professional services, including UAE or GCC experience. Evidence of personally developed opportunities and completed sales, with clear explanation of your contribution. Strong consultative selling, proposal coordination, CRM discipline and professional English communication. Preferred strengths Arabic; relationships relevant to UAE corporate decision-makers; experience connecting businesses across Egypt and the UAE. Expected contribution Build a qualified pipeline with clear needs and next steps, secure appropriate engagements and hand them over with complete expectations and scope.
