Key Responsibilities - Design, build and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio . - Develop conversational and agent-based business workflows. - Configure topics, actions, knowledge sources and orchestration. - Connect copilots to enterprise data and applications. - Integrate Copilot Studio with Power Automate and Power Platform. - Develop actions using APIs and custom connectors. - Integrate Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365. - Implement authentication and access controls. - Design grounding and knowledge-retrieval approaches. - Test conversational accuracy and agent behavior. - Troubleshoot hallucination, grounding and workflow issues. - Monitor and improve deployed copilots. - Participate in client requirements and solution-design sessions. Required Skills - Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience. - Power Automate. - Dataverse. - Power Platform. - REST APIs and custom connectors. - Microsoft 365 integration. - Understanding of generative AI and LLM concepts. - Prompt design and conversational design. - Knowledge grounding and retrieval concepts. - Authentication and enterprise security fundamentals. Preferred - Azure OpenAI. - Azure AI Foundry. - Azure AI Search. - RAG architectures. - Microsoft Graph. - Dynamics 365. - Azure Functions. - Previous enterprise chatbot/virtual-agent experience.
