COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Package: Competitive Base Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus + Manager Allowance + Site Allowance + Travel Allowance Benefits: Training & Career Development + Medical & Dental Insurance + Other Attractive Employee Benefits KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage multidisciplinary interfaces across Civil & Structural, Architectural, M&E and specialist works. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Identify and resolve design, technical and construction interface issues to minimise project delays. Manage interface registers, technical submissions and coordination meetings, ensuring timely issue resolution. Coordinate construction sequencing, site access and work boundaries across different project disciplines. Work closely with project management and construction teams to monitor interface progress and achieve milestones. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including interface management or multidisciplinary coordination. Experience in LTA Civil Infrastructure or large-scale Building Construction projects. Strong knowledge of C&S, Architectural and M&E coordination, including design and construction interfaces. Familiarity with construction sequencing, technical submissions and stakeholder coordination. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
