As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will drive operational excellence, oversee business development efforts, and implement large-scale organizational change management. Duties - Lead and execute operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments. - Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring seamless execution through effective project management. - Oversee business development management to identify new market opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and expand revenue streams. - Manage business operations including process improvement, budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility. - Drive large-scale organizational change management efforts to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal growth strategies. - Supervise senior leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture through effective management, coaching, and leadership development. - Utilize data-driven decision making to analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. - Oversee profit and loss analysis to ensure financial health while maintaining focus on long-term strategic objectives. - Maintain clear verbal communication with executive stakeholders to align operational strategies with overall corporate vision. Experience - Proven experience in executive-level team management with a strong background in operations management and business development. - Demonstrated success in leading operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management projects. - Extensive experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and project management within complex organizations. - Strong financial management skills including budget management, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, and operational analysis. - Supervising experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams at senior leadership levels. - Expertise in managing business operations across multiple functions with an emphasis on continuous improvement. - Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives and stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with data-driven decision making tools and techniques to support strategic initiatives. - Ability to lead change effectively while maintaining focus on organizational goals and stakeholder engagement.
