The COO will drive operational excellence initiatives, oversee business development management, and implement large-scale organizational change management strategies. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in business operations, financial management, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and strategic planning to propel the organization toward sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Duties Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring scalable growth and efficiency. Oversee daily business operations, including process improvement initiatives, operational analysis, and large-scale organizational change management. Manage budgets meticulously, including executive-level budget management, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and financial oversight to maximize profitability. Drive business development management efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. Implement operational excellence initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve service delivery across all departments. Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on project management, program management, and leadership development. Utilize data-driven decision making to inform strategic management practices and optimize operational performance. Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or process enhancements while maintaining employee engagement. Foster a high-performance culture through effective verbal communication with executives and team members at all levels. Skills Extensive experience in operational management with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis. Proven success in business development management and strategic planning to drive organizational growth. Strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight. Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams of senior leaders and supervising cross-functional departments. Expertise in change management strategies for large-scale organizational change initiatives. Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for executive-level interactions and stakeholder engagement. Skilled in project management methodologies with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Data-driven decision-making capabilities supported by analytical tools and performance metrics. Ability to lead complex operations while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and organizational values.
