To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Lead Plant Financial Performance: Serve as the finance leader for the York, SC and Manning, SC manufacturing sites, providing financial guidance and insights that support operational and business objectives. - Build Strong Partnerships and Influence Decisions: Collaborate closely with plant leadership and the North America Accounting team to achieve strategic goals, support month-end close activities, and ensure sound financial decision-making. - Maintain Financial Controls and Compliance: Establish and sustain a strong control environment by ensuring accurate financial reporting, conducting balance sheet reviews, and driving accountability across both sites. - Develop Talent and Support Growth: Coach and develop a team of four direct reports while providing financial analysis and support for Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems strategic initiatives that drive business performance and continuous improvement. Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification required. Experience: Significant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience in a small operations manufacturing or distribution center environment. - Responsible for the maintaining a strong control environment at York, SC and Manning, SC manufacturing sites - Partners with plant leadership to ensure goals and strategic objectives are met - Partners with NA Accounting team on closing the books and balance sheet reviews - Supports CDBS strategic initiatives with financial data and analysis as requested - Responsible for coaching and developing 4 direct reports Job Finance Organization Cummins Inc.
