Job Description Controller- Manufacturing & Accounting Leadership Lexington Lighting Group LLC operates as dba Vantage® Lighting (“Vantage®”). Vantage® designs, manufactures and sells commercial and industrial lighting to many market channels throughout North America and the Caribbean, including vHealth® specifically for healthcare applications. Description: The Controller is responsible for leading the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, controls, and manufacturing cost accounting. This role provides strong leadership to the accounting team and partners with Operations and executive leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective controls, and sound business decisions. Salary: · Commensurate w Experience (~$120k) · Bonus Benefits: · Employer-Contributed ICHRA Medical Plan and ancillary benefit package offered to Vantage® employees effective day one. · Paid Time Off for personal use are accrued at a rate of 15 days per year, eligible for use after 30 days of employment. · Sickness days are accrued per hour up to a maximum of 5 days per year no more than 40 hours to be accrued at any one time · Participation in the 401(k) Plan currently offered to Vantage Lighting employees Responsibilities: · Lead Accounting/Finance staff and establish accountability, deadlines, and processes. · Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. · Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting. · Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. · Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, COGS, and margin analysis. · Manage AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, reconciliations, and accounting controls. · Partner with Operations on inventory, production costs, profitability, and operational performance. · Lead external financial audits and coordinate with CPA/tax partners. · Maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures. · Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. · Develop and mentor accounting staff. Requirements: · 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience · Strong manufacturing accounting experience · Proven people-management and leadership experience · Advanced Excel skills · Strong ERP system knowledge · CPA or CMA preferred, or equivalent accounting experience Pay: From $120,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
