Learn more at Overview: Mosai ’s Contract Recruiter 1099 role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process including recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill select technical and non-technical roles at Mosai . Description of Services: - Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates - Identify, recruit, and engage candidates to fill positions at Mosai - Review and assess candidates’ education, experience, training and other qualifications - Screen candidates and schedule interviews - Provide regular updates and reporting on candidate pipeline, progress, and roadblocks Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university - 3-5 years of recruiting experience - Strong relationship building skills - Excellent and polished interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. - Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
