# CONTRACT MANAGER **PESB ENGINEERING SDN BHD** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description · In dept understanding of the awarded project contract including knowledge of construction and engineering industry, practices and regulations · Prepare contracts, oversee project budget, bill of quantities and related documentations · To ensure compliance with all sub-contractor provision entered by the Company · To measure and value work done on site · Liaise with the CEO, HODs, & PMs in project related tasks · To review and update the Top Management of the regulatory and contractual requirement necessary to ensure compliance · To lead the Project Department in any regulatory inspection · To take the lead and be in charge of any letters of demand (LODs), litigation, or legal cases involving the company with its clients, subcontractors, or suppliers, where applicable. · To have a well understanding of Malaysian law in general, with particular expertise in FIDIC contracts and their application. · To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Top Management from time to time Job Requirement/Qualifications: · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Master in Law ,Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Civil Engineering or equivalent. · At least 5 years of experience in Construction or Engineering Industry or any related field. · Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skill and excellent negotiating skills. · The ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people · The ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure and meet deadline. · Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
