The role manages contract administration, negotiations, commercial risks, and compliance while supporting successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage construction contracts and contractual obligations. Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms. Monitor variations, claims, payments, and commercial risks. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure contractual and project documentation is properly maintained. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, or related field. Relevant contract management experience, preferably in construction. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices. Pay: $7,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 417941
