Prepare, submit, and follow up claims, EOTs, variations, and delay claims . Review and respond to Client/Consultant contractual correspondence . Review, assess, and respond to claims from subcontractors and suppliers . Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, risks, and potential claims. Maintain contract, claims, variation, notice, and dispute registers . Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, QS/Commercial, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance departments. Ensure proper documentation and evidence are maintained to support claims and contractual positions. Prepare and coordinate legal notices and support external legal counsel when required. Assist Management in dispute avoidance, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes . Contract Close-Out preparation of final claims, final account documentation, and contractual close-out. Maintain records of delay events, notices, responses, and approvals. Review contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders and advise the relevant departments on contractual requirements. Prepare periodic contractual and claims status reports for Management. Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 7+ years' experience in construction contract administration. Experience in Ashghal and Kahramaa construction projects is preferred. Good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contracts . Strong experience in claims, EOT, variations, contractual notices, and dispute management . Good written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical, negotiation, documentation, and commercial skills. Knowledge of Qatar/GCC construction contracts is an advantage Pay: From QAR6,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
